If your site doesn't appear in search results

If your site isn't appearing in Google search results, or it's performing more poorly than it once did (and you believe that it does not violate our Webmaster Guidelines), you can ask Google to reconsider your site.
  • First, review the Manual Actions page to see if Google has found any issues with your site.
  • Request reconsideration of your site.

In addition, if you recently purchased a domain that you think may have violated our guidelines before you owned it, you can use the reconsideration request form to let us know that you recently acquired the site and that it now adheres to the guidelines.

Request reconsideration of your site:

  1. Sign in to Webmaster Tools with your Google Account.
  2. Make sure you have added and verified the site you want reconsidered.
  3. Request reconsideration of your site.
If you’ve addressed any outstanding issues with your site, and you believe it now follows the Webmaster Guidelines, you can request reconsideration directly from the Manual Actions page.
