Export data directly from a Search Console report

Most reports enable you to export the data currently shown in the report, with any filters or special grouping applied. The downloaded data is limited to that shown in the report, including paged data. Data is truncated to 1,000 rows of representative examples of your data. For smaller sites this might be most or all of your data, but larger sites typically have much more than 1,000 rows worth of data. Note that the totals shown in the reports include truncated data.

To export data from a report:

  • Find and click the export button
  • You can choose among several download formats (currently Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CSV).

What is exported

  • Both chart and table data are exported. Values shown as either "~" or "-" in the report (defined as "not available" or "not a number") will be zeros in the downloaded data.
  • Number of table rows is the same as the total number of rows in the report, with paging.
  • Totals shown are actual totals, not totals with any row limits applied.
  • The number and structure of the tables varies by report.
