Exporting multiple sizes from responsive ad 1 Recommended Answer 5 Replies 5 Upvotes

I am trying to create a responsive ad for GDN, but since Google Ads do not accept a single responsive ZIP file, I need to export it to the different sizes that are used for GDN. My question is how can I accomplish this in GWB?

This was confirmed here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/gwdbeta/0xBsJExma-c

I have created the ad and made it responsive, previewing it looks fine etc. Now I want a separate file for each ad size. I cannot find any information on how to do it. Any ideas?

Thank you for the answer Kent.

I was hoping for a better solution however... You have this awesome responsive ad creation tool, yet I need to export each size manually. Why is there no "export all sizes" function?

There has to be a better way to do this!

The intention is to simply export one responsive zip as that becomes supported in publishing. The concept of "all sizes" will be one responsive file. You're right, the current situation of designing in responsive but still exporting fixed-sizes is kind of a transition phase.

Hope that helps,

Hello Kent,

Is it possible that the transitions do not work this way?

When I use the preview function all the various size redraw beautifully. When I set the specific sizes of the stage in properties and then publish to those same sizes, the file that is output is different than what was shown in the preview. Why is the published version different than the previewed version?
