Retired versions of Google Web Designer

Retiring older versions of Google Web Designer lets us focus on developing the tools that you need to design for the modern web.

Retired versions

The following version and all older versions have been retired:

Version | Shell Build

Check your version

You can see which version you're using by selecting Help > About Google Web Designer in the top menu.

Update Google Web Designer

If you try to launch a retired version, you'll be asked to update Google Web Designer. You can download and install the most current version now to get the latest features, enhancements and bug fixes. (See the release notes for details.) You'll still be able to work on documents created with older versions.

Review our system requirements to check that your computer can run the latest version of Google Web Designer.

Google Web Designer should automatically keep itself up to date if you're connected to the Internet. If the automatic updates aren't working, or you run into any other issues, please let us know in the forum.
