Clearing the cache can sometimes resolve issues with Google Web Designer. Delete the cache in the following location:
- Windows:
HD:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Google Web Designer\data\cache
(You need to enable Show hidden files, folders, and drives in the View tab under File Explorer Options or Folder Options.) - Linux:
~/.local/share/google-web-designer/data/cache - Mac:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Google/Web Designer/data/cache
