Wear OS app is stating I need to enable Bluetooth sharing, but it’s not providing me the option. 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 1 Upvote
I just downloaded the Wear OS app for the first time. I only got through two steps before the app stopped moving forward. It says that I need to enable Bluetooth sharing on my device, but when I select “Enable”, it just brings me to the app in my settings and the only thing showing is “Siri & Search” settings. I checked to ensure Bluetooth was on. I checked Bluetooth sharing under ‘Privacy’ but the Wear OS doesn’t show up under it as an option to allow. I’ve already tried turning the Bluetooth off and back on; deleting the app, turning my phone off, and re-downloading the app; confirming that both my phone and the app are up to date. I just can’t get past this in the app and currently can’t use my new Michael Kors Access watch. I have an iPhone 6s. I don’t want to have to return the gift because the app isn’t working.
