Make and receive calls on your mobile watch

If you have a mobile watch, you can make and receive calls straight on your watch.

What you need

  1. Mobile service for your phone
  2. SIM card for your watch
  3. Mobile service for your watch

Check if you have a mobile watch

  1. Tap Settings Settings and then System and then  Date & time.
  2. Go to Settings Settings and then Connectivity Back up, then look for Mobile.

If you don't see a Mobile setting, your watch does not support mobile service. For more info about getting service for your watch, check with your operator. If you use the same operator for watch and phone mobile service, your operator might offer the ability to share a single number between your phone and your watch.

Make a call

If you're out of Bluetooth range with your phone, the calls that you make from your watch use your watch's number.

If your watch is within Bluetooth range of your phone, you can choose to make your call from either your watch's number or your phone's number.

Make a call using your voice

  1. Press the button on the side of your watch and say 'Make a phone call'.
  2. Say a contact's name or speak the phone number that you'd like to call.
  3. To end the call, tap Hang Up End call.

Make a call from your contacts or recent calls

  1. From your apps menu, tap Phone Call.
  2. To find the number that you want to call, scroll down to see your contacts.
  3. To place a call, tap a contact or recent number from the list.
  4. To end the call, tap Hang up End call.

Dial a number from the dial pad

  1. From your apps menu, tap Phone Call.
  2. Swipe left until you see the dial pad Keypad.
  3. Tap to enter the number.
  4. To see or edit the number, swipe down from the top of the screen.
    • ​To delete a single wrong number: Tap Backspace .
    • To delete the whole number: Tap Cancel Clear.
  5. To make the call, tap Call Call.
  6. To end the call, tap Hang Up End call.

Answer or reject a call

  • To answer a phone call: When your watch rings, swipe left.
  • To reject a phone call: When your watch rings, swipe right.

Options during a call

To see the following options, swipe up from the bottom of your watch screen while you're on a call.

  • To enter in digits during a call, tap Dial pad Keypad.
  • To hold a call, tap Pause Call Hold.
  • To mute, tap Mute call Mute.
  • To change the volume, tap Volume Sound.
  • To return to your watch's home screen, press the button on the side of the watch.
