How do I change my budget?
Login to your account at biz.waze.com
- Click the Campaigns tab and select the campaign whose budget you wish to change.
- In the Budget Plan section, edit the Budget field.
- Click Update Campaign.
How do I edit my credit card details?
- Login to your account at biz.waze.com
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Under the Your Payment Method section, click Change Payment Method.
- Enter your new credit card details and click Update Payment Method.
Where can I view my invoices?
Invoices for credit card payments and wire transfers are issued and sent automatically during the second week of each month.
Invoices are sent to the email address specified in your account settings. Please verify this address:
- Log in to your account at biz.waze.com
- Click the Settings tab, and then click on the Billing tab.
- You will see the Email for Invoices field in that tab.
Please verify that the invoice didn't end up in your spam folder. You can also download all of your credit card invoices from the Invoices tab in the same Billing tab.

Can I remove my credit card information?
Waze is unable to completely delete your credit card information from the system.
However, Waze makes the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority.
Waze is in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry security guidelines and industry standards for all the credit card types we support.
