Understanding the monthly billing cycle

Our system will attempt to charge your credit card during the first week of each month for the previous month's activity.

If the charge is denied, you'll receive an email requesting that you update your payment information. The system will then attempt a second charge during the following weeks. 

If the system fails to charge your card after several attempts, you will receive an email informing you that your account has been disabled, with an additional request to update your payment information.
