Billing Policy

Understanding our Billing Cycle

At Waze for Brands, we bill our customers on a monthly basis via a monthly invoice. We issue an invoice around the 15th of each month for the previous month’s activity.  The only exception is in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina where invoices are sent 15 days later, the 1st of the following month.

 
  • For instance, if you run a campaign with us from January 1st to February 21st, you will receive one invoice for the month of January around February 15th, and a second invoice for your spend in February around March 15th.
  • If this same campaign was run in Brazil, Mexico, or Argentina then you would receive your invoice for the month of January around March 1st, and a second invoice for your spend in February around April 1st.
  • It is required that you make payments within the timeframe that you've agreed upon with Google, according to our terms and conditions.

Missing an Invoice?

If you have run a Waze for Brands campaign and have not received a monthly invoice, please reach out to your Account Manager.
