If you chose the Sign in with Google option during account creation, follow this guide to reset your password.
If you created your account with your Waze username, follow these steps to reset your password:
- Sign in at https://waze.com/business
- Click Forgot your password?
- Insert the email address you created the account with.

Try checking your spam folder. If there's nothing in the spam folder, double check that you typed your email correctly or try a different email.
