Terms and conditions apply for online advertising promotional credits:
- Waze Local promotional codes provide an advertising credit for businesses to place Waze Local Starter ads only.
- You are eligible, or an agency authorised to manage your digital advertising campaigns is eligible on your behalf, for a Waze Local promotional code if you are new to advertising on Waze.
- The promotional codes cannot be used to place ads using a Channel Partners account or a Waze for Brands account.
- Advertisers will be charged for all advertising that exceeds the promotional credit. Advertisers can suspend their ads anytime before the promotional credit amount is exhausted if they do not wish to receive additional advertising charges. Advertisers will not be notified once the promotional credit is exhausted.
- Offer subject to ad approval, registration of a Waze Local Starter account, and acceptance and compliance with the applicable Google Ads Terms and Conditions and Waze Ads policies.
- When a Waze Local Starter account is created by clicking on a promotional link or advertisement, you will be required to insert credit card details. Upon activation of the account, the promotional credit will be applied automatically to your account.
- The promotional credit will be deducted from your first invoice. If you do not use all of the promotional credit in the first calendar month, the balance of the credit will roll over to the next month. Any remaining balance will continue to roll over until the promotional credit is all used or expires (see below).
- The promotional credit expires 60 days after the creation of the Waze Local advertising account or on the expiration date provided on the voucher (if any).
- The promotional credit is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
- The promotional credit can only be used for advertising campaigns in the country in which you activated the promotional code. Promotional codes cannot be used in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria.
- Offer may be revoked at any time for any reason by Google LLC.
- Advertisers are responsible for the payment of any taxes incurred.
- One promotional credit per customer.
- Use of the offer may be restricted to automatic payments billing options.
- If you create your Waze Ads account in a different currency than the one in which your promotional credit has been awarded, the actual amount of the promotional credit may be subject to foreign currency fluctuations.
- Offer valid only for customers with a billing address in the United States.
- Your use of this voucher and/or the promotional credit constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Offer void where prohibited by law.
