Download credit card invoices

Note: The Invoices tab appears under Account Settings only after the first credit card billing cycle. 

To view an download your credit card invoices: 

  1. Sign in at waze.com/buiness and enter your  account
  2. From the left navigation panel, click Accounts Settings
  3. Click Invoices
  4. Locate the invoice you would like to view by date
  5. Click  to download the invoice

FAQs

I'm advertising multiple locations in one account. Can I receive an invoice with a location breakdown?

Itemized invoices per location are currently not available. However, you can export a breakdown of your activity and spend per location in the Manage > Locations tab. Learn how in Generate & download reports.

I paused my ad, will I be charged the next month?

How can I know the period I am charged for?

You can find the exact period for which you were invoiced in Account Settings and then Invoices and then "Period" column.
