Request to add/update a Purchase Order number

This article explains how to submit a request to add or update your Purchase Order number from the Waze Ads Support Hub. You can also request to update previous invoices with this new Purchase Order number.

Note: After the request is handled, all new invoices will include this Purchase Order number, but it may take up to a few weeks to reissue previous invoices. Your Account Manager will get back to you with the revised invoices as soon as possible. 

Request to add/update a Purchase Order number

  1. Sign in to your Waze Ads Support Hub account
  2. Click Open a new support request
  3. Under “Account Name”, select the relevant account
  4. Under “What’s your request about?”, select I need help on Invoice and Billing
  5. Under “What do you need help with?”, select I need to add / update an invoice Purchase Order (PO)
  6. Fill in the rest of the fields according to the form instructions
  7. Click Submit

What happens next?

You’ll receive a confirmation email that the request was successfully submitted to the Waze Ads Support Team.

The team will also email you once your request is resolved.
