Get access to downloadable versions of your documents through the Waze Ads Support Hub.
This feature is gradually being released to all Waze Ads Support Hub users. If you don't see all your files yet, stay tuned for updates from your account team.
The following files are currently available:
- Contracts: Existing and signed contracts
- Media Plans: Validated media plans
- Mocks / Screenshot: New campaigns’ mocks and screenshots
Access your files:
- Sign in to your Waze Ads Support Hub account
- If you manage more than one account, select the account you want to access, then click Continue
- Click Access your files
- Click the category you need to download a document for
- Click the file name to download the document
