Invoices

Invoices are generated by the 10 of each month, but invoices are sent to the clients on different dates. There are 2 invoice cycles:

  1. Global invoices (all countries except Mexico, Brazil and Argentina): sent to Waze customers on the 12th of the subsequent month of service.
  2. Mexico, Brazil and Argentina invoices are sent to Waze customers 2 months after delivery month, on the 1st of the month.

For example, If your campaign ran between January 21st and February 21st, you will receive 2 separate invoices, 1 for each calendar month:

  • One invoice for the charges accrued between January 21st to January 31st.
  • One invoice for the charges accrued between February 1st and February 21st.

If the same campaign ran in either Brazil, Mexico, or Argentina – you would receive one invoice for January around March 1st, and a second invoice for February around April 1st.

It is required that you make payments within the time frame that you've agreed upon with Google, according to our terms and conditions.

Google Commercial & Google Local invoices

Google sends a commercial invoice to clients in all countries. Due to country limitations and legal rules, Google generates additional local invoices for clients in Brazil, Mexico, Italy and Argentina.
