Troubleshoot common issues

Use the Waze troubleshooter to get solutions to common issues: 

  1. Open Waze
  2. Tap 
  3. Tap Help and feedback
  4. Tap Report an issue
  5. Select the topic and sub-topic related to your issue. One or more common solutions will appear.

If you still need help, you can contact Waze support:

  1. Tap Submit a ticket at the bottom of the screen
  2. Describe your issue. If you're using an in-car system, select "The issue appears on my In-Car system", then your in-car system type
  3. If you have any screenshots tap Add to include them
  4. Tap Submit
