Apply for the Waze Global Events Partner program

The Waze Global Events Partner Program (GEP) is a free, two-way data exchange partnership that aims to reduce traffic congestion and improve road conditions on event days using Waze’s technology, data, and insights. Learn more.

GEP partners have exclusive access to our traffic management platform, built for large-scale event organizers. 

To apply:

  1. Visit our website
  2. Under "Waze + Global Event Partners" click Apply now
  3. Sign in to the Google account that you want associated with your GEP account
  4. Check the inbox of the same Google account for a verification email
  5. Click the link in the verification email. You will be taken back to the application form.
  6. Select "Global Event Partner"
  7. Fill out your organization’s details
  8. Fill out your contact details
  9. Click the map to define your first polygon, an area where you can use Waze tools and integrations:
    1. Draw a shape around the geographical area in which you operate
    2. Complete the polygon by clicking on the first marker you made. You can request more polygons once your application is approved 
  10. Read and agree to the terms and conditions – you must click and read the conditions in order to check the box and proceed
  11. Click Submit
  12. Check the inbox of of the same Google account you signed in to above for a confirmation email

What happens next?

You'll receive an approval email from us if your organization meets the criteria of the program.

Note: Until the review is complete, you won’t be able to access the Partner Hub.
