  1. Open Waze Carpool
  2. Tap Settings 
  3. Tap Report an issue
  4. Fill out the form
  5. If you're reporting an issue you had in the app, make sure "Include my logs" has a blue checkmark next to it. Learn more about logs.
  6. If you're a driver and want to send us logs, learn how to send logs in debug mode
