For your passengers to recognize you, make sure your car details are correct and current.
As part of the registration process as a driver, updating your car details helps your rides identify you and adds to your credibility as a driver.
If you changed cars or you need to update one of the details, please perform the following steps:

Open Waze and tap Carpool
- Tap Settings
- Click Car details.
- Update the make, model, color and license plate number of your car.
- You can upload a photo of the car to make it easier for the rider to identify your car, but this is optional.
