In certain situations, a screen recording of an issue will help us understand an issue better. Please follow the instructions below to take a screen video recording:
- Open Waze
- In the Search bar, search for 2##2, and then tap the magnifying glass
- Tap Reports
- Tap Record screen to start recording
- To stop recording, tap Reports again and tap Stop recording
- Repeat step number 2
Once you stop recording, you can attach it to the contact form when submitting an issue to us.
Please keep the video as short as possible and focus on capturing the primary issue.
