Request roadside help
Stuck with a flat tire? Low water levels? Need help? Send a ‘Roadside help' report and have a fellow Wazer or a professional come to assist. Simply choose 'Roadside help' from the Report menu and a fellow Wazer or 3rd party partner (see notes below) will see your request and location on the map.
Tap Reports .
Tap on to open the Roadside help menu.
- Select the request type from the Report menu. Note that Emergency call and Road Assistance features are currently only available in the US, Canada and Brazil.
- Tap Request to share the report and add it to the Waze map.
- Emergency call and Road Assistance features are currently only available in the US, Canada and Brazil; these reports will share your location with a local 3rd party partner.
- You must be near your car when submitting the request. If you lose internet connection while sending a report, Waze will save the request and automatically submit it once you reconnect to the network.
Reports will be live on the map for 30 minutes. During that time, an indicator will appear on the left side of the screen. Tapping on the indicator will allow you to cancel the report at any time.
