Issues with calendar notifications

If your notifications aren't coming through, please check the following:

  • Ensure that you have enabled the feature. Tap the Menu , then Settings . Scroll down and tap Planned drives and set Sync Calendar to On.
  • Make sure you enabled notifications from Waze. To do so, visit your phone Settings and tap Waze > Notifications.
  • Verify that your calendar event has a navigable address, including a street name, street number and city.

 

iOS users: check that Location change reporting is activated in Waze. Tap the Menu , then Settings . Tap General and toggle Location change reporting on. (Visit our Location change reporting article for more information).
