Log out of Waze to disconnect your account from your device. Before you log out, we recommend that you connect an email to your Waze account, if you haven't already. You can then recover your account if you lose access.
Note: Logging out of Waze will not turn off the app.
- Open Waze
- Tap
- Tap View profile, below your name
- Tap Account & Login
- Tap Log out
Note: You may need to scroll a bit to see this option. - Tap Log out again

- Tap Sign out

Disconnect your phone from your in-car system and log out of Waze on your phone.
