 View your points and achievements on Waze.

  1. Open Waze
  2. Tap 
  3. Tap View profile. Your points are displayed below your name.
  4. Tap Achievements. You'll see your level and badges.

I’m missing points

Wait for your points to appear

Points can sometimes get delayed. It may take up to 7 days for the updated points total to appear.

Log in with the correct username

Make sure you’re logged in to your account with the points.

Check by logging out of Waze and logging in again:

  1. Open Waze
  2. Tap
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down and tap Account and login
  5. Scroll down and tap Log out
  6. Tap Log out again
  7. Tap Log in
  8. Enter the email address connected to your Waze account with the points and tap Next. Alternatively, tap Log in with Google.
  9. Follow the instructions to log in

About points while abroad

Waze operates globally on servers dedicated to different regions. Points don’t transfer between servers, which is why you may not see your points while you’re abroad. Once you return, it will take a few weeks for your points to reappear. 

Note: Points earned while abroad will not transfer when you return home.

How do I transfer my points to a new device?

When you switch to a new device, make sure to connect an email address and verify it so that your points transfer over. Once you do, you can view your points:

  1. Open Waze on your new device
  2. Tap Log in
  3. Enter the email address connected to your Waze account
  4. Follow the instructions to log in

I appear as a baby Wazer even though I'm not. What do I do?

After re-installing or updating Waze, your status may change back to Baby Wazer, regardless of whether you've logged into your existing account, the distance you've driven, or the points you've collected.

As long as you logged into your existing account, you can get back to your previous status by just driving around with Waze open. This allows the app to sync with our servers and should fix the issue.
