There are two ways to delete your account:
- From the Waze app
- From the Waze website dashboard online
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be reversed by the Waze team.
From the Waze app
- Tap Search , then Settings
- Go to Account & Login and under Advanced click on Delete Account.
- Tap to confirm; you may be required to enter your credentials as verification.
- Log into your Waze profile in the Dashboard.
- Click on Delete your account.
- Click to confirm your choice; you may be required to enter your credentials as verification.
Delete your "guest account"
If you skipped creating an account and logged in to Waze as a ‘guest’, you can delete that account:
- Tap Search, then Settings
- Tap Privacy Account information
- Tap Delete account
Alternatively, you can register your guest account.
