Waze's mission is to work together to improve the quality of everyone's daily driving. Waze Content Moderation Policy details Waze’s policy with regards to permitted and prohibited content and behavior. This policy also sets out how to report content, the consequences of violation and how you can appeal our decisions.
Waze users shall never post, share or link (including in external links, posts, comments, username, and reports) to any content that is forbidden under the Waze Terms of Service and Community Terms.
How to Report Content
If you believe content is in violation of the law, report a violation.
Performing prohibited actions under our policies or submitting illegal content may (depending on the frequency and severity of the conduct) result in immediate, temporary, or permanent suspension of posting and editing privileges (even, in some cases, without prior notification). Serious or sustained offenses in violation of our policies can also result in the suspension of the user's access to the forum and/or blocking of the user’s Waze account. We typically respond to reports within 10 business days, though more complicated cases may take longer.

Appeals
If content that you submitted has been removed or your account has been restricted by Waze due to a violation of our policies, and we have your email address, we will notify you about such a decision via email. If you believe that we’ve made a mistake, you may appeal this decision by replying to the email within six months of our decision. You may only file one appeal for each decision to remove your content and/or restrict your account. We'll evaluate the appeal and notify you of the outcome of the appeal. We typically respond to appeals within 10 business days, though more complicated cases may take longer. Repeated submission of manifestly unfounded appeals may, depending on the frequency and severity of the conduct, result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to submit further appeals.
