Adjust your Waze sound settings

  1. Open Waze
  2.  Tap
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Voice and sound
  5. Check that "Play sound to phone speaker" is turned off. If it’s turned on, Waze directions play from the phone speaker and not your connected Bluetooth device.
