This form is for individuals in the UK to exercise their rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) regarding personal data potentially captured by Waymo's external vehicle cameras. Please use this form to request access to or erasure of your personal data.

Please note that to fulfill access requests, we will provide a blurred video of approximately 30 seconds from the time and location specified. Precision with regard to location, date, and time is critical for us to be able to service your request.
