Get help using the app
We currently offer support in English via chat, email, or over the phone.
For immediate assistance, tap the Help tab in the Waymo app. Select Get help, then Call.
Through the app you can also:
- Chat - Good for simple questions or comments.
- Email - Better for non-urgent questions or comments; you should hear back from us within 24 hours.
If you need help when riding and the steps above don’t work, keep your phone handy so we can call you.
