Our Support team is happy to help try to reunite you with items you may have lost in a vehicle. However, we cannot guarantee items will be found, delivered immediately, or returned to you undamaged.
Waymo is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle after your trip ends and does not provide refunds or reimbursement for the value of lost items.
Items will only be stored for 7 days. We do not save bottles, smoking-related items, umbrellas, or food.

Go to the Help tab, then tap Chat, Email, or Call.

Retrieve a lost item
Retrieve your item at a Waymo depot
Once Support confirms your item is ready for pickup, you can visit the Waymo depot 24/7.
Report a found item
From the in-car screen
If you’ve found an item in the vehicle during your ride, contact Support by using the in-car screen and button. Please don't take the item with you.
