You can no longer review sellers for Google Wallet transactions. You can still find any reviews you’ve written in the past under the "More" section at wallet.google.com.
If you have any feedback for a seller, you may contact them directly by following these steps:
- Sign into your account at wallet.google.com.
- Find the corresponding order in the "Transactions" section and click on it.
- Scroll to the bottom of your receipt and click Contact [Seller's Name].
To report an issue with an unresponsive seller after a transaction, please file a claim and Google will begin a mediation process.
All other third-party seller reviews will appear on their Google Shopping profiles. Reviews previously submitted through Google Wallet will also continue to show up there, for up to one year after the order was placed.
