Fees, limits & transfer times
It's free to send money directly from your bank account, debit card, or using your Google Wallet Balance. Receiving money and transferring it to your bank account is always free.
For sending money and for money transferred in and out of your Wallet Balance, there's a limit of $10,000 USD per single transaction and a total limit of $50,000 USD per 5 day period.
There's also a $500 limit per 30 days to add money to your Wallet Balance with a debit card.
You can receive money directly in your bank account without verifying your identity as long as it's less than $300, and you've sent or received less than $1,000 in the last 30 days and less than $10,000 in total. Once you reach any of these limits, you'll have to verify your identity and can only receive money into your Wallet Balance.

Sending money with your Google Wallet Balance and debit card is normally instant, but might take up to a few days. You can also send money using your bank account, which usually takes 3 days but can take up to 10 business days.
You can transfer money in your Wallet Balance to a linked bank account whenever you want (limits above apply). Transfers are usually processed within 3 business days.
