Digital content & subscriptions
When you purchase digital goods, instructions for accessing your purchase will appear in a yellow box at the top of your order receipt page. Sellers may email you further instructions, or provide a download link/license key on your order receipt page. If your subscription failed to renew as expected, or you have any other questions, contact the seller for more information.
With a subscription you pay a recurring fee, rather than a one-time price, for services or content. For example, an online magazine or a video streaming service. Depending on the subscription frequency, you'll be charged automatically on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis through Google Wallet.
You'll receive an email from Google each time your credit/debit card is charged. Subscription fees will always be charged to the original card you used the first time you signed up for the subscription, even if you delete the card information from Google Wallet. If you want to change the payment method, please contact the seller.
You may stop your subscription service at any time:
- Go to wallet.google.com and sign in to your account.
- On the "Transactions" page, find and click on the subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Click on Update or cancel your subscription.
- Click the Cancel subscription button.
