View transactions on the Google Wallet website

Important: Your subscriptions and purchases from Google products, including Google Play, YouTube, or Google One are currently not available to view or manage on the Google Wallet website. Learn more about where to find these transactions.

On the Google Wallet website, you can view payments, purchases, and other transactions made or shared with Google Wallet. Examples include:

  • Contactless payments made with your Android device
  • Virtual card transactions made online
  • Transactions from Plaid linked accounts (US only)

Verify it’s you to view financial information

For security, your transactions and financial info will be hidden unless you verify it’s you. If you’ve verified your device recently, you may not be required to do so until the verification has timed out.

Tip: When prompted, click ‘Remember me’ to skip verification for the next 30 days.

View transactions

Important: Some information isn't available on Google Pay. You should refer to your bank statement to view all your transaction details.

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. At the top left, click Transactions.
  3. To view more details, select a transaction.

Tips:

  • The most recent transactions appear by default. For older transactions, click View more transactions.
  • Transaction info is also shown if you click into a specific payment method.
  • Transaction details may include the method and device used for payment

Search for a transaction

  1. Go to the Google Wallet website.
  2. At the top left, tap Transactions.
  3. Tap the Search bar Search.
  4. Search transactions by:
    • Business name
    • Transaction amount
    • Transaction date or time period
    • Category
    • Refunds
  5. To find more details, tap on any transaction.

Tip: You can search with keywords like:

  • Shopping
  • This month
  • Greater than $100

Common questions

What if I don’t have any transactions on the Google Wallet website?

Some of your transactions may not be available. These are some of the transactions that you can see on the Google Wallet website:

  • Contactless payments
  • Payments made with your Android device
  • Transactions from Plaid linked accounts (US only)
  • Online transactions

We work hard to keep your transactions safe, so certain transactions might only be available on the Google Wallet website for a short period of time.

How do I get help with a transaction?

If you find a transaction that you don’t recognize, check your bank statement. If there’s still an issue, contact your card issuer.

To return an item or get a refund:

  • When you use Google Pay to buy something from a non-Google website or app, contact the merchant's customer support team. Refunds are deposited to the purchased payment method.
  • To return a Google-related purchase, find your products Help Center to directly contact Google Help.
  • To return an item purchased with tap to pay on Google Wallet, learn more about how to return an item in store.

If you want to dispute fraudulent charges or unauthorized transactions made with your Google Pay account, learn how to dispute, report, or cancel a payment.

What if I can’t find a transaction?

Some transactions, like a purchase from Google Play, YouTube, or Google One, don’t appear on the Google Wallet website. You can manage these transactions in Google payments center.
