To help prevent passes from being stolen, resold, or transferred, certain passes like event tickets are linked to the Google Account used to get the pass.
If you use your Google Account to buy a pass or ticket, it may be linked to that Google Account.
Save a linked pass
To save a linked pass in Google Wallet, you have to be signed in to the same Google Account you used to get the pass.
If you get the error “Unable to save pass”
Confirm if the Google Account associated with the pass matches the Google Wallet account. You may have multiple Google Accounts on your device or browser.
