Submit product feedback & report an issue

Feedback helps us to understand your experience on Google Wallet. To submit feedback or report an issue:

1. Open the Google Wallet app .
2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or Account Help & feedback Send feedback.
3. Describe the issue that you’re experiencing with as much detail as possible. The more info that you include in your report, the more helpful it is for us.
4. Select if you want to include screenshots and system logs. This info helps us better understand your issue.

Tip: You can also submit feedback on any screen that has Feedback at the top right corner.

How we use feedback

We appreciate the time that you spend to send us feedback. We use the feedback that you send to troubleshoot issues, fix problems, and make improvements to Google Wallet. While we may not respond to every report, all feedback is reviewed.
