If you can't find the Google Wallet app icon, look for "Wallet" on your home screen or app launcher. For Huawei users, you may need to reboot your phone.

Submit product feedback & report an issue

Feedback helps us to understand your experience on Google Wallet. To submit feedback or report an issue:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app .
  2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or Account and then Help & feedback and then Send feedback.
  3. Describe the issue that you’re experiencing with as much detail as possible. The more info that you include in your report, the more helpful it is for us.
  4. Select if you want to include screenshots and system logs. This info helps us better understand your issue.

Tip: You can also submit feedback on any screen that has Feedback at the top right corner.

How we use feedback
