Can make outgoing calls, but no incoming calls are being received

GV last four are 2016.  I have been using my GV since May and it worked fine for a while but in the last month I have stopped being able to receive calls (I didn't touch any of my settings).  I can open the app and make outgoing calls just fine, but when people (myself from a landline included) try to call my GV it just rings and rings and never goes to VM or alerts me to a missed call.  I went back in and deleted my linked number, readded it, and reverified it. But still no incoming calls.

Hi Nicki Lerczak
Thanks for posting in the Google Voice forum about your calling issue

Are you using a G Suite or personal account?

From a computer, not mobile device, please open Chrome incognito [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N], or Firefox private browser [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P] mode.
    1. Then open Google Voice (https://voice.google.com/) log into your Google Voice account that's having issues.
    2. What do you see?
    3. Go into settings.
    4. Then scroll down to "Incoming Calls" -> "My Devices"
    5. Are your devices enabled?

Enable Google Voice Do Not Disturb (DND) . This should send all calls to Voicemail. Then test it,  by calling your GV number from another number (not one of your linked numbers), or asking someone else to call your GV number. If all calls go to Voicemail,  then that is the expected result.  Disable DND.

Then go to https://freecarrierlookup.com/ and fill in your GV number and the "not a bot" field, then click "search".  Reply back with carrier info

Thank you - this worked (the freecarrierlookup.com listed Google Voice as the carrier)!  I have a personal account that I'm using.
