Can't set up conditional call forwarding on Consumer Cellular network with Samsung Note 10+ - 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes

Last four digits of my Voice #0722

We have read all pertinent posts we could find on this issue. For a number of years we have had Google Voice handle our cell phone voicemails. This stopped working and we don't know why.

Now, every time we get a voicemail, we have to dial in to our carrier to get it.

We've tried to fix it based on posts in this community about conditional call forwarding but it isn't working. We get an MMI error (801) every time we try to enter any call forwarding code.

We have Samsung Galaxy Note 10's. and use Consumer Cellular.

Please help!!!

Hi A Shortridge, welcome to the free, consumer version of Google Voice (a telephony product) community forum!
 
I found the following information on Samsung's website regarding call forwarding:
 
 
Do not enable "Always forward", but do enable the other three:
  1. Forward when busy
  2. Forward when unanswered
  3. Forward when unavailable.
