Can’t even log in

Hi. Yesterday over 24 hours ago, 
I had issues making calls or texts. I would receive texts on my notifications, but then be unable to open them in the app. 
It really hurt my work yesterday. 

Now I have tried to fix the issue in my settings, including signing out. Now I can’t even login. 

I have also tried from my laptop. I sign into google successfully and when I try to open google voice, I am not logged in. So I got to log in and it says I don’t have access to my account and need to contact my organizational administrator. Now I did use a school account, but it is run by me and me only. I don’t pay for any extra service. 

I would also list examples here, but I am logged out of my account so I’m afraid that is not an option currently. 

I have gotten zero notifications that my account is suspended or anything of the sorts so please help me figure this out!

Are you using Google Voice with your G Suite account? 
Do you pay extra for the service or are you using the consumer GV?
You can no longer add the free Google Voice (or add more users) to G Suite accounts.
 
For Business use, Google now has a Google Voice offering for G Suite customers.  If you're interested, here is more information:  https://cloud.google.com/voice/
Here's how to get started:  Manage Voice for your business or school
Enterprise Admins also have a dedicated support forum. Here's the link to that GSuite Help Forum (if you're interested in doing research).
 
From a computer, not mobile device, please open Chrome incognito [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N], or Firefox private browser [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P] mode. 
  1. Then open Google Voice (https://voice.google.com/) log into your Google Voice account that's having issues.
  2. What page do you see?

Hi, when I log into my google account and then go to google voice, I am still prompted to log in again. Then I get to the page below:

This is not a business account. I started it with a school email, but it is a personal account and I don’t pay for the business services. I also haven’t gotten any notification about my account expiring or suspending so I am unsure as to why it has been shut down. 

In the meantime, I have created an account with another email and so my phone number is now linked to that. However, I still want to be able to access this account.

"I started it with a school email"  The system thinks this is an educational G Suite account and it does not have Google Voice enabled.  The enterprise admin has to enable the account, or you have to use another account to sign in.  You can try going to myaccount.google.com and changing your email address if this is a personal account.

Hi, 

Thank you for the information. I have more to explore with what you gave me, but I still don’t know that it answers my inquiry. 

I have been using google voice with this email address for a year now so it wasn’t until yesterday that I had issues. I am the only user of this account so how can I get the enterprise admin to approve the account?

As for using another email, I am unsure of how to do that either. I can login using the link you send and change my recovery email, but am unable to do more than that.

Please reply to these questions, and I can get this investigated for you.
Post all replies from the same Google account that is used for Google Voice, that you are having issues with. 
 
1] Is your school email address that you used to sign up with still managed by the school?
 
2] From a computer, not mobile device, please open Chrome incognito [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+N], or Firefox private browser [Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+P] mode. 
  1. Then open Google Voice (https://voice.google.com/) log into your Google Voice account that's having issues.
  2. Is the "screenshot" you posted what you see or do you see something else?

3] Give Google Voice staff explicit permission to review your account.
4] Post the last four digits of your GV phone number with the problem/used with this account.
5] Go to https://freecarrierlookup.com/ and fill in your GV number and the "not a bot" field, then click "search". Post the carrier info in your reply.
6] Put your Google Voice number into https://www.google.com/voice/account/recovery and confirm you receive the email from Google.
7] When was the last time you successfully signed into the account?
8] When was the last time you placed and received a call to that number?
9] When was the last time you place and received sms using that number?

Hi,

1.) School email is not managed by the school

2.) I get the same screenshot that I sent when following these instructions

3.) I give permission for google voice staff to investigate the account.

4.) 8842

5.) Bandwidth.com

6.) I received the email from google

7.) Last call I made was likely August 24th about 4:15 pm

8.) Last text I made was likely August 26th about 12 pm

Unfortunately, I am unable to officially confirm 7 or 8 since I don't have access to that, but I can say with confidence that the issues started on the morning August 27th.

When you say " School email is not managed by the school "
Is this (1) a Gmail account or (2) an Edu account, or (3) Gmail account provided by the school ?
 
If not 1, a personal Gmail account, then the issue could be that your school does control your account and has disabled Google Voice services.  Please check with your school Enterprise Admin team (collaboration/email team possibly) to be sure.
