I need to port my # from Xfinity Mobile, but it defaults to Verizon. How can I change it? 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 0 Upvotes
My porting order was rejected because I didn't have a billing PIN number. I do not have a PIN number because the billing company was preselected/defaulted to Verizon. However, I do not have Verizon as my carrier. I have Xfinity Mobile. Consequently, there is no PIN number for our Xfinity Mobile account. Is there a way to change the carrier in my order? There was no drop down menu or blank field to change it. Thanks!
