Google Voice number is calling someone randomly.

I recieved a call today from a number that is not in my contact list from a very angry person claiming that my GV number calls them every day, twice a day at around 10am and another random time during the day.  Since this person's number is not in my contact list, or on any of my phones associate with GV, how (other than someone spoofing my number) would my GV number dial out without my direct intervention?

I have blocked the number on my account, so if the person calls me back, they will received the "disconnected" notice, but if this is something i am doing, i'd like to correct it.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had a similar thing happen at work one time with my regular office phone.  The person claimed that my number kept showing up on their caller ID.  Turned out it was my number but a different area code.  When the person called the number back, they either only entered the 7 digits without the area code, or their phone did not dial the area code with the number.  After this happened several times, I finally got them to read the full number off of their caller ID and tried to explain to them the concept of area codes.

The other possibility might be if you have a Web Button out there, someone could use it and enter a 3rd parties' number as the call number.

Do you see anything in your call logs?
