Internal Server Error Error 500

Hello,

I am getting "Internal Server Error Error 500" when I login to my Google Voice account. My other Google Voice account is working fine. I have tried other browsers (IE, Firefox, etc..), clearing cookies, but I still get the same error message. Can someone from Google Voice team look into the issue for me?

Thanks,
Wilson

I've been getting this error as well.  If I am logged out of google I can access the google voice home page, once I log in I get Internal Server Error 500.  I've tried multiple browsers on multiple computers and the issue persists on the google voice webpage both desktop and mobile versions.

Me too - come on Google, obviously something going on with your system.  Can we get a response or affirmation that we aren't all crazy.

Same error message when I try to access GV via a browser. It does work on my mobile device and I am receiving calls. I have a GV through my employer (GAFE - K12 account) that doesnt work at work or home on any computer or any browser while my personal GV account works fine on all the same. I have been having the problems since at least April 26th.

Mine is fixed as of this morning. Didn't do anything special. It is just working now.

Google identified a specific problem with a group of users and fixed. It seems that this happens repeatedly over time (perhaps for different reasons) as I have found posts with the same error going back to 2009. So if you just are experiencing the problem it might be due to a different reason. If you are still having problems, check out this forum and post here as Google was responsive (thanks to Ms G.):  https://groups.google.com/a/googleproductforums.com/forum/#!msg/voice/yEKBsFOsJHU/6ha-PMjmNskJ
