Send feedback or get help

If something isn’t working right or you have a feature request or suggestion, we want to hear from you. Sending feedback is the best way to help us prioritize features and identify problems.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Voice app Google Voice.

  2. At the top left, tap Menu Menu and then Help & Feedback.
  3. At the bottom of the help screen, tap Send feedback.
  4. (Optional) To select a different account, use the From drop-down list.
  5. Enter a detailed description of the problem or suggestion.
  6. (Optional) To send a screenshot, check the Include screenshot and logs box.
  7. Tap Send Send.
