Some mobile operators may block calls made through Google Voice. When this happens, your call log may display a message that provides details and resources to help you understand the block. If you encounter this notification, contact the mobile operator based on the contact information provided. Google Voice isn't responsible for the blocked call and is unable to fix it.
Find blocked calls
When an operator blocks your call, to find more information about how to contact the operator and address the issue, search for the affected call in your Google Voice call log.
- On your computer, open Google Voice.
- On the left, click Calls

- Find the blocked call entry.
- A blocked call will display a message like 'Call blocked by operator'.
- To get help, in the message, click the link, contact number or email address.
