Billing Issues

Read below if you haven't received your Google Voice calling credit or if you need to be refunded for an international call you made. For all other billing issues please see our billing troubleshooter here.

My Google Voice calling credit hasn’t shown up yet.

It might take up to 24 hours for your purchase to be processed and for you to receive your Google Voice calling credit. If you haven't received your credit after 24 hours, please follow the steps listed in the Google Voice billing or account balance troubleshooter.

I would like a refund of my Google Voice calling credit.

You can request a refund of your entire remaining balance or request credit for a particular international call. Read more about available refunds and how to request one.
