Google Voice with Sprint isn’t available for new accounts. Learn how to set up a full Google Voice account.

If you already use your Google Voice account with Sprint, you can continue to use it or upgrade to a full account.

Upgrade to a full Google Voice account

Make sure your phone is on and can get texts. To verify, we'll send your phone a text message with a code.

To upgrade to a full Google Voice account, sign in on your computer or iPhone. You can’t upgrade using the Android app.

Cost

You don’t pay extra for Google Voice's features. Your Sprint text messaging, monthly minutes, and calling features don’t change.

You aren't charged extra

Sprint will bill you for airtime (minutes) for all domestic and international calls made through both Sprint carrier services and Google Voice. Standard airtime and text messaging rates apply based on your contract with Sprint.
When you call other Sprint numbers from your Sprint phone, the calls will be included in your Sprint mobile-to-mobile minutes.

People you call could get charged

If you call someone from a Google Voice number (not a Sprint number), the call might not be included in the other person's mobile-to-mobile minutes. The other person could be charged for the call.
