Control & customize ViTA assets

With access to ViTA, you can fully manage individual assets and multiple accounts.

Use the Assets Manager

With access to ViTA you can tag new assets and add specific information to assets, like the title of an event or the media format.

To tag assets:

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. On the left, click Assets Manager.
3. To select a League and Season, click Expand .
4. Create a new asset and enter video and thumbnail URLs.

Use the Assets Report

This shows an aggregated view of all the assets you successfully add with the Assets Manager. You can delete previous assets from inactive leagues or seasons from the Assets Report. To view the Asset Report:

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. On the left, click Assets Report.

Delete assets from past leagues

The current leagues are visible under the Assets Manager. Once a league ends, you can still view its assets under the Assets Report.

To delete assets from past leagues:

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. On the left, click Assets Report.
3. To select a League and Season, click Expand .
4. Select the assets you want to delete. You can select assets separately or you can check the box at the top to select all assets.
5. Click Delete.

Switch between accounts

You can manage and subscribe to multiple accounts in ViTA. Each account can have different leagues, event settings, and media assets.

Your Google partner manager and the ViTA Support Team can help you determine if multiple accounts can help you meet your goals.

To switch between multiple accounts:

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. At the top left, click Expand .
   • This menu shows the accounts that are currently active.
3. Select the account you want to access.
