Set up your media assets in the Assets Manager

With the Assets Manager, you can tag assets for specific leagues, events, and games, and add any relevant information for that asset. 

Select leagues, seasons & games

To set up your media assets, you must select the event they’re associated with.

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. On the left, click Assets Manager.
3. To select a League and Season, click Expand .
4. To select a tagging entity, enter keywords in the Search bar .

Create filters

To easily find the correct tagging entity, you can use filters for a specific team, date, or round. To filter items in the search results, enter keywords in the Search bar .

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. On the left, click Assets Manager.
3. To select a League and Season, click Expand .
4. Choose your filters.
   • To filter by game details like "Home," "Away," "Team," and "Round," click Expand .
   • To filter by date, click Calendar a specific day.
5. Click Apply filters.

Add, edit, or remove media assets

Once you select a tagging entity, you can find all assets for that entity. You can also add new assets.

To add a new asset:

1. Select the host platform where the media content is hosted.
2. Click Add .
3. Fill in the details in the empty fields.
4. Click Save.

To edit an asset:

1. Sign in to ViTA.
2. At the top, click Edit .
3. Edit the content as needed.
4. Click Save.

To remove an asset:

1. At the top, click Delete .
2. Click Delete.

Important:

• All changes such as add, update, or delete for assets tagged within the previous 2 hours are processed every 20 seconds.
• All changes such as update or delete for assets tagged more than 2 hours in the past and up until the last 15 days, are processed once every 7 hours.
• Assets tagged more than 15 days ago are not updated or deleted automatically. Please contact [e-mail] to request a manual deletion.

Schedule media assets availability and deletion

To schedule the time when your media assets will become available:

1. Check the box next to "Schedule (optional)."
2. Select the Date Time Time zone.
3. Click Save.

To schedule the time when your media assets will be deleted:

1. Check the box next to "Schedule Deletion (optional)."
2. Select the Date.
   • You don’t need to specify a time for the asset deletion, as it's scheduled to occur around midnight UTC time.

3. Click Save.

After you add the assets on ViTA, you have up to 45 days to schedule the deletion. After this period, you can still remove your media assets without the scheduled option.
